For those companies that use Oracle On Prem and Vertex with the Vertex Tax Link 9.0 for Payables, is anyone seeing issues with Vertex Tax Holds regenerating after they are released and validation is run against the invoice and another hold is still on the invoice (i.e. Line Variance, Distribution Variance, Approval Holds, etc.). Looking for active menu mapping, ability to integrate and apply high/low sales tax correctly by state (including food & beverage rates), and exemption certificate approval and storage. Any recommendations for pro & con in this digital age?
